So you've got your moves down and you want to practice, or maybe you're visiting from out of town and you want to know where to dance in Charleston.
There are a few places that have fairly consistent Latin nights right now (as of Spring 2024):
Tuesdays at Forte Jazz Lounge on King Street downtown (run by Salsa House Events)
Thursdays at Aura Latin Club (28 Ann Street). Music by Latin Groove.
Fridays at R Pub (1836 Ashley River Road). (Not every Friday, but fairly consistent)
Saturdays at Thai Taco in Summerville.
Contact the venues or event organizers directly for details and to confirm that the event is happening that week!
Other events tend to pop-up at different places on different days, check out the Charleston Salsa/Bachata Official Facebook Group for events as organizers will usually post upcoming events there as well.
